On our first day in Dublin we walked around the city. There are lots to see and do. This a a photo of Dublin Castle. It’s gorgeous! Some other things that are worth seeing in the city are Trinity College, Saint Stephen’s Green, Christ Church Cathedral and much more!

On our third day we went to The Cliffs of Moher. These cliffs are located in southern Ireland and are about a 3 hour drive from the city. These cliffs are gorgeous and the drive is definitely worth it! We took a tour bus to these cliffs.

On our first day of arrival we went to The Hairy Lemon for lunch. It was amazing! It is a Irish Pub located in the city of Dublin.

When you go to Ireland all you see and hear about is Guinness so I think it is safe to say that you have to go to the brewery! The admission fee is 14 Euros and at the end of the tour you get a complimentary pint of Guinness!

It is very easy to skip breakfast in the  morning even though it is the most important meal. I think the best way to have time to eat breakfast is to prepare the night before because none of us probably have time to make it in the morning.

Chia seeds come from a desert plant called Salvia hispanica. Chia seeds is a concentrated food that contains fatty acids, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, antioxidants, and calcium. An ounce contains 139 calories, 4 grams of protein, 9 grams of fat, 12 grams of carbohydrates, and 11 grams of fiber. Thats a lot in such a little amount!!

Although I struggle with eating breakfast I think it is very important to get something in your system before you go. This is one of my favorite recipes to make for breakfast!

  • 1 1/2 cups of unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1/2  teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons of honey
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 4-5 ripe bananas

  • Mix together the coconut milk, chia seeds, vanilla, honey, salt, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined
  • Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours, or longer. The pudding should be nice and thick
  • Into your severing glasses add a layer of the pudding and then add bananas. Add in another layer of of chia seeds and then to top it off add another layer of bananas and then the coconut flakes

Over break I went Maui, Hawaii. I’ve been to Hawaii multiple times and this was one of my favorites. One of the best thing we did was go zipping with Eco-Adventures. They were amazing! The staff was great and the views were outstanding. I would definitely recommend going there. The rest of the day we soaked up the Hawaiian sun and went snorkeling. If you are looking for a good place to snorkel in Maui, my favorite place is Wailea beach. Almost every time we went there a turtle was always in the water. There are so many things to do in Maui you could hardly ever get bored even if your trip consists of just laying in the sun all day.

This picture was taken with the Go Pro Hero 5 Session. How cool is this! Normally I would be scared to swim far out in the ocean but luckily this was fairly close to shore!
